We currently have a vacancy for a Data Administrator

37 hours per week

39 weeks of the year (Term time plus one week)

Grade 5 Point 9

Salary: £15244 (FTE) £12985 (Actual)


·         Working as part of a team, establish and maintain an effective, efficient and professional data and administration service            for the school.

·         To support the Data and Exams Manager within the school in the maintenance of the school’s management information               system

·         Working to deadlines to ensure accurate data collections and production of reports

·         Provide administrative support to support the schools internal and external exams as required in peak periods

·         Work as part of the Administration Team on pooled tasks such as first aid cover, reprographics, telephone support and                receptionist duties.

The successful candidate would possess excellent communication and organisational skills and must also have the ability to provide a high standard of clerical and administrative support to the school.
